Tibia Maps Merge

Tibia's map changes with every game update, and tibiamaps.io keeps its community markers updated to match. Merge them with your personal markers so you keep both. Your markers take priority when the same location has a different label or icon.

Your marker file

Your markers

Load your marker file once, then use it in any of the tools below.

You can select multiple files. For markers at the same location, the last file takes priority. Your files stay on your device.

Recommended. Merge the latest community markers with yours and download an updated map, a backup of your original markers file, and a detailed merge log.

Convert marker files between BIN and JSON. Your markers stay unchanged, ready for manual editing, version control, or use in other apps and tools.

Create markers yourself or import them from a Tibia Wiki quest, edit them one by one, then add them to or remove them from your map.

  1. 1Define markers

Import reads the article itself -- tibiawiki.com.br and tibia.fandom.com. Open in ChatGPT opens with the generated prompt already included. TibiaWikiBR stays URL-only there; Gemini additionally receives an app-fetched TibiaWikiBR source excerpt. Fandom always includes source so the assistant needs no Fandom network access. Paste the answer into Coordinates. · How it works.

One marker per line: x, y, z. Give a marker its own label and icon by appending them -- 32250, 31385, 5, Depot, flag -- otherwise it uses the two fields below.

Downloads a .zip with the new minimapmarkers.bin, a backup of any file you loaded, and edit-marks-log.txt. Drop the new file into your Tibia client's minimap folder (replacing the old one) and restart the client.

Add a published marker collection to your map or remove a collection from your map. For markers you create yourself, use Edit Markers.

  1. 1Choose collections

    Select one or more collections
    Selected markers

Collections come from tibiamaps.io's published marker data, read fresh each time. Select as many as you like; duplicate markers are added once.

Other Assistants

The same wiki-specific prompt, sent somewhere other than ChatGPT. Most open with it included; Gemini fetches and copies its source-backed prompt before opening, so paste it there. Then paste the returned markers into Coordinates.

Most of these need you to be signed in. Gemini receives an app-fetched TibiaWikiBR source excerpt; the other assistants keep TibiaWikiBR URL-only.

Icon Names

Type one of these as the last value on a line to give that marker its own icon -- 32250, 31385, 5, Depot, flag. Names are case-insensitive. Anything unrecognised is read as part of the label instead, so it has to match exactly. The byte on the right is what ends up in minimapmarkers.bin.

Remove All Markers?

Every marker in the list will be removed. This can't be undone. Any marker file you loaded is untouched.

How It Works

  1. We fetch the latest community markers straight from tibiamaps.io -- the same file it uses for its own map installer, so it's always current with the latest Tibia update.
  2. You upload your own markers -- the minimapmarkers.bin file from your Tibia client's minimap folder (or a markers.json, if you already have one).
  3. We merge them on your device -- markers are matched by their map coordinates. If you and the community both marked the same location, your marker takes priority.
  4. You get a new minimapmarkers.bin, plus a backup of your original markers file and a detailed merge log. Put the new file into that same minimap folder (replacing the old one) and restart your Tibia client.

That's Merge, the first of five tabs. Use Collections to add or remove a published collection, Edit Markers to create your own markers, Convert to switch between BIN and JSON, or Extract to recover your personal markers from a mixed file.
